If not filled up in a previous step, the strategy name with an optional comment describing it must be typed in. The strategy name identifies the strategy and shall be unique.

The rule editor offers three functionalities : INSERT RULE to create a strategy (first rule) or append a new rule to an existing strategy. EDIT RULES to display all rules of a strategy, update or delete some. DELETE STRATEGY to delete all rules and infos about a strategy.
